LEDYARD Recording New Material

LEDYARD, the Syracuse, New York-based band led by former BRAND NEW SIN guitarist Slider, has issued the following update:

"Well, it's been a year since we have been in the studio so finally we have been able to find a little bit of time to get in there and record some new tunes! We have been very busy over the past year playing live and writing as much as possible. We know everyone will love what we will be creating in the studio and we are very excited to hear what you all think.

"We are recording three new tunes the song titles are: 'Ten Steps', 'Infidel' and 'War of the Angels'.

"This past weekend Johnny and I [Slider] went in and started recording drums and rhythm guitar. We have all the drum tracks done and hopefully will have all the guitars and bass done by the beginning of next week."

According to the band's official bio, "the members of LEDYARD are five intensely focused individuals with one goal rock without compromise! Slider's precision guitar work is responsible for the band's savage rhythms. Lead guitarist Chris Pallatto brings his unique style to fill out LEDYARD's devastating guitar sound. Johnny Palmer's hard-hitting drums and Barry's pulse-pounding bass lays the foundation for lead singer James Lyons' thunderous vocal style which shatters the boundaries established by traditional hard rock front men."
